Mindful Compassion
Fear of our emotions often leads to avoidance and suppression of our feelings. This, in turn, can contribute to depression, anxiety and addictive behavioral patterns (alcohol and substance abuse, sexual acting out and eating disorders). Learning to embrace our emotions is the cornerstone to changing our actions. Emotions are the guide to our motives.
