My own journey of transitions and redesign has taught me to recognize the opportunities inherent in the change process. I help clients focus on new choices and regaining a sense of control over their lives. I employ action oriented strategies which enable clients to feel increased motivation and success early on in treatment. Clients benefit from greater insight, clarity and knowledge in order to move forward with resiliency, direction and purpose.Mt Pleasant individual counseling, marriage counseling & family therapy
